Sheridan SD HS & FCS Controls Upgrades
Bid Opening 1:00 PM, March 31st, 2015
Bids will be received by Mr. Steve Sugg, Superintendent, Sheridan School District for the execution of HVAC Controls projects at Sheridan High School and Faulconer Chapman School on or before March 31, 2015 @ 1:00 PM PST. Bids will be received at the District Office Building at 435 South Bridge Street, Sheridan, Oregon until 1:00 PM PST on Tuesday, March 31st, when the bids will be publicly opened and read. Any bids received after that time will not be considered.
Bids for the Sheridan SD HS & FCS Controls Upgrades include:
- High School: Replace pneumatic HVAC control system with modern, web-accessible direct digital control system. DDC system shall be Johnson Metasys to match with other district DDC controls.
- Faulconer Chapman School Gym: Replace pneumatic HVAC control system with modern, web-accessible direct digital control system. DDC system shall be Johnson Metasys to match with other district DDC controls

A mandatory bidder’s conference has been scheduled for 12:30 PM on March 11th, 2015 at the Faulconer Chapman School at 332 SW Cornwall Street, Sheridan, Oregon. Representatives of the project Design team and the District will be in attendance. Any information relevant to the Bid Documents will be recorded in an Addendum and issued to Bid Document recipients.

The provisions of the Oregon Revised Statutes ORS 279C.800 – ORS 279C.870 relating to prevailing wage rates, are applicable to the work under this contract.
