Public School Vaccination Deadline: 2/25/26

Students who have not received the required immunizations (or completed the required exemption process) will not be allowed to attend school after February 25, 2026.

Please contact the school office if you are unsure about your student’s vaccination status.

Vaccine exemption information:

• Request a non-medical exemption from vaccine requirements: Go online and complete the non-medical exemption course at www.healthoregon.org/vaccineexemption. Verificaiton of course completion must be submitted to the school office.
• Request a medical exemption from vaccine requirements: Submit a signed statement from your child’s physician
