Survey results are used for strategic planning and serve as a tool to gauge what Sheridan Schools are doing well and what areas need improvement in the future. The District Leadership Team, which consists of building administrators, district staff and other key staff members, will spend time reviewing your feedback, noting practices that should remain in place for the next year, and starting conversations about changes to practices that are not working well. All survey responses are anonymous and no effort is made to identify individual responders.
