Please use this link to submit a referral for the TAG program.

Note that a referral initiates a review process but does not guarantee placement into the TAG program. The TAG team will evaluate all available evidence to determine if further testing or placement is appropriate for the student at this time.

Sheridan School District Talented and Gifted Program plan can be found under the “District Plans” section of our Public Reports and Plans page. 

For Sheridan High School transcript requests, please email  becky.hasel@sheridan.k12.or.us with the following information:

1. Full name at the time of attending Sheridan High School/Opportunity House/Sheridan Japanese School
2. Date of birth
3. Year of graduation (or year of attending, for early leavers)
4. Do you need an official or unofficial transcript?
5. For official transcripts, please provide the name of the school or organization that is requesting the transcript, and their mailing address. Official transcripts cannot be sent via email.
6. Unofficial transcripts will be sent via return email.
Please allow at least one week for us to complete your request. 
**If this is an urgent request, please email the above information to becky.hasel@sheridan.k12.or.us, then call the District Office at 971-261-6959 to let us know that you need your transcript sent right away.
