Please use this staff form below to submit a referral for the TAG program.

Note that a referral initiates a review process but does not guarantee placement into the TAG program. The TAG team will evaluate all available evidence to determine whether further testing or placement is appropriate for the student at this time.

Teacher Enrichment Grants for up to $500 are available through the Sheridan Education Foundation at any time throughout the year. More information is available on the Sheridan Education Foundation web page.
