Tooth Taxi | September 21-24, 2026

The Dental Foundation of Oregon’s Tooth Taxi is coming to Faulconer-Chapman School September 21–24, 2026!

There is no cost to families for services provided through the Tooth Taxi.
Deadline to express interest: September 9, 2026

The Tooth Taxi is a mobile dental clinic dedicated to improving oral health for Oregon children. Dental professionals will provide services at no cost to students or their families, including:
• Dental exams and cleanings
• Sealants
• Fillings
• Simple extractions
• Other needed dental care

Who can participate?

Grades K–12, including Sheridan High School students in grades 9–12. Priority for treatment will be given to students who:
• Are currently experiencing dental pain
• Have unmet dental needs
• Have never been seen by a dentist

Interested in having your student participate?
Families must notify the Health Office of their interest by September 9, 2026, so that a Tooth Taxi patient packet can be sent home for completion. Completion of the patient packet is required for a student to be considered for services.
